1. Who we are
Flameledger: One Flame Left (the “App”) is published by Zmenix (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@zmenix.com.
2. Information stored by the App
The App stores your best score, best floor, and game preferences locally on your Android device. We do not operate user accounts or receive this local gameplay data. Android backup or device-transfer features may copy this data through your device provider according to your own backup settings.
3. Advertising and consent
The App uses Google Mobile Ads to show a limited banner on non-gameplay screens. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device and app identifiers, advertising identifier (when available), consent choices, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and store consent choices where required.

4. Legal bases and your choices
Where applicable, advertising-related processing may rely on your consent or on legitimate interests, as presented in the consent message. If privacy options are required in your region, you can reopen them from the “Privacy choices” button on the App’s title screen. You can also reset or limit the advertising identifier in Android settings.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google and its approved advertising or measurement partners to provide, secure, measure, and improve ads. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, rights, and security.
6. Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall it. Advertising and consent data is retained by Google or its partners under their applicable policies. Because we do not maintain Flameledger user accounts, there is no server-side gameplay profile for us to delete.
7. Children
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, contact us.
8. International processing
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Safeguards and transfer mechanisms are described in their policies and consent disclosures.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to this small offline game. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App, law, or service providers change. The latest version will remain at this URL with a revised effective date.
