By downloading or using Flameledger: One Flame Left, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Zmenix grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for lawful personal entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Advertising and third-party services
The game may display limited advertising supplied by Google. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Availability may vary by region, connection, and consent choices.
4. No purchases or accounts
The first release has no user accounts and no in-app purchases. Scores and progress may be lost if the app is removed, its storage is cleared, or device backup is unavailable.
5. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we aim to keep the game reliable.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zmenix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
